I have parked at this location numerous times without any problems. However, today, a Sunday, the attendant attempted to extort an additional $20 in cash that had to be paid prior to me leaving, insisting it was necessary for parking an oversized vehicle in a “vip area”. This demand was never mentioned during previous visits, and I am able to pay the regular rate by credit card upon my return. This sudden cash-only fee raised concerns about the attendant's integrity and transparency. After requesting the DCA license number, the attendant reversed their decision on the $20 cash fee. Curious to know if the NYC DCA license displayed in the office is even for this location. License gives an address on 50th Street, but this location is on 49th.. I choose to park at a different location.

We booked at this lot through spot hero and it was a very good price. The attendees weren’t enthusiastic but not rude and our car was fine so we’re happy!

They damaged our passenger side mirror about 10 days ago on a Saturday night and have not heard from the claims department despite sending two emails and leaving two voicemails. Terrible! And to add insult to injury they made us pay for that night's parking!!

Great spot. We have been parking here for months and have never had any issues.

The garage did the job of storing our car for the night but the people who work there are the most unfriendly rude people. I will park somewhere else next time.
