Very accommodating and lots of knowledge on hot tubs. Wish we could have ordered one but I understand, they have to have more than one order and we wanted a tub sooner rather than later.

From opening to closing Yve’s team does an excellent and thorough job with few adjustments needed to maintain water clarity. Penny is knowledgeable about which chemicals are needed using the latest technology (yes, she attends continuing ed to keep up with advancements), and she always strives to sell only the necessary amount of chemicals because she is keenly aware of product costs. Btw, speaking of costs, several years ago, I invested in the Dolphin S 200, which has saved me hours of hard labor and frustration. I have not had to replace any parts either. Dolphins have introduced improvements since I bought mine, and I highly recommend one for an inground pool.
