I give this place 5 full stars. They did an amazing job on my windshield. The owner even made a point to do it himself. They were very fast. I dropped my truck off went to work and felt like they called me back in no time. I have a truck starter thing in my windshield and honestly in a year I owned the truck i never noticed it under my mirrior. He explained what it was and that it been there.I swore it was not that I never seen it. It was there Even when I took the video of my broken windshield I never noticed it. We debated it. I relized i was wrong and couldnt say im sorry enough. Through it all though he was polite respectful and professional. I would and will definitely recommend superior glass to everyone. We love Superior Glass! Every time we have work done by them, we are impressed anew. We had some door work done this time, and they remain impressive! They are extremely responsive, as well as knowledgeable. They are prompt and professional, personable and courteous. Using local vendors is very important to us, and we try to support them as much as we can. I find that easy to do with Superior Glass since the finished product is impeccable.

The most honest businesspeople we have ever dealt with in our entire lives. I am not kidding. We just had the glass replaced in all the windows of our house. We had no idea that you could just replace the glass, but it sure saved us a LOT of money. They could have easily told us our windows had to be replaced since that's what we thought was necessary, but since the other portion of the windows were OK, we were able to go this route. They certainly could have profited more by telling us that all our windows needed to be replaced; we would never have known. As far as I'm concerned, these people have integrity and principles. Superior is great. I've installed there windows before and I called about 5 more doublehungs for my neighbors camp. However there is a hold on the job!

I will never shop there. They throw away our window sash without even calling me. I had my name and phone number on it. I had left it their for 8 months, but had called them twice stating that I was still dealing with the warranty people. I can't replace it and now have to purchase a new 4 window unit!
