I had both my roof and bedroom ceiling replaced by 4 Elements Restoration. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Alberto, who managed the roofing contract, was polite, kind, and extremely professional throughout the entire job. He took the time to walk us through each new step of the process, helped us navigate all the more intricate details of the job being completed and made sure we felt comfortable and confident that everything was being done correctly. The work was completed efficiently and effectively, with clear communication along the way. "Mom, the ceiling in the basement is caving in"! We had a water leak from out attic all the way through to our basement. From the moment 4 Elements arrived we were immediately put at ease that all would be resolved. From mold mitigation, to ceiling and wall repair, sheetrock,painting,carpet and hardwood flooring - 4 Elements did it all! Our main living space on the first floor needed complete hardwood floor sanding and refinishing . Not only did 4 Elements make our hardwood floors better than new, they coordinated an entire house pack out complete with professional movers and storage container delivery and pick up. Each and every worker was polite, kind, accommodating, considerate and timely. They worked hard and constantly cleaned as they went. They were the ultimate in professionalism

We had a flood in our kitchen and needed a lot of our wood floor replaced. Victor came on a Sunday night to assess the damage. Fans were quickly installed. Mike was great to communicate with while organizing all of the different contractors that needed to come. Jonus did a fabulous job reinstalling our cabinets. Very happy with how it all turned out!
