Greg, the estimator, handled the insurance process on my behalf, which I truly appreciated since this was my first experience dealing with flood damage and I felt overwhelmed. BUYER BEWARE If your insurance recommends this company, do not go through them. Their customer service is terrible and the workmanship is even worse. They caused two separate floods in my home instead of fixing the original issue they were hired for. When I tried to give feedback, I was told “You’re wrong, that’s just how things go in this business.” My home was already flooded, and the last thing I expected was to deal with contractors who made the situation worse and refused to take responsibility. No homeowner should have to go through this.

After water damage due to a water pressure valve break, Four Seasons Restoration came in quickly and put my newly remodeled room back together like it was before the damages.
