If you want your car scratched, covered in bird droppings then have the attendant scream at you for suggesting that the car was scratched, then rush over with polish (that wasn't asked for or wanted) and buff your car to try and hide the scratch that had appeared, you have found the place. My car had just been collected from the Audi dealership after it's annual service. I am very careful to always check the car when collected from anywhere and can 100% say it was in the same or better condition than when I had dropped it off. They also valet the car at the end of the service so it is in great condition. From there I drove straight to the parking lot. This was my first night in a new monthly lease, done through a parking app. When I went to collect the car the next day, the car was not out

Very rude. The attendant was at the location and got upset because I pulled up 4 min before the time was supposedly open. I was there 6:56am and he said. We opened at 7 am not before. I ask. Gate is open. Light is on. Do I know it is close ? For me, it looks open. But o well, many people don't like to work weekends, and maybe he got a shift he didn't appreciate. O well. I tell everyone if you don't like your job then get another one. Dodnt just work for the paycheck work because you like your job.

DON'T park here! Purchased parking via ParkWhiz for 8 hours but only intended to park for 2 hrs. As I pulled into the garage, the attendant ran out and told me that if I am using a 3rd party parking voucher, I cannot because his "system is down". It was clear that his "system" was NOT down. He wasted my time to have look for other parking alternatives in UES! If you have no intention of honoring ParkWhiz vouchers then DON'T participate. I will not consider this garage in the future!

Angry angry man taking his frustration out on parkers. Not just unfriendly or gruff. This is someone with serious anger management issues. Horrible experience.
