401 Park Garage

The absolute worst parking garage I've ever had to park in! The turns are too tight, the spaces are too narrow [EXCEPT for the EV spots - are they made for E-SUVs??!!], and there are huge support columns EVERYWHERE! Columns when you're turning, going up and down, knifing through the usual traffic flow, and Then there are 2 columns to navigate when parking. The architect seems to love parking in groups of 3 - but only the middle one of that cluster is easy to park, the other 2, they're just a "cluster" if you get my drift. Much too expensive. The pedestrian directions are not easy to follow, and the night we used this to go to Fenway, people were walking every which way inside the structure. What an absolute scam. Their website says “$10 with retail validation.” But all of the signage inside of Time Out Market says “$12 with retail validation.” I purchased something at one of the shops and asked for validation. The vendor directed me to a kiosk where an employee assisted me in getting my parking slip stamped/validated. But when I inserted my slip in the reader on my way out, the machine said I owed $45. I thought there must be a mistake. The attendant told me they charge “regular price” for “even a minute over 3 hours,” even if you have validation. This was the first I heard of this, and it’s not listed on their website or any signage in the building. I arrived at 2:42 PM and was heading out at 6 PM. They were charging me $45 for 3 hours and 18 minutes. With zero notice. And i

If you like enjoying Fenway and getting caught in torrential rain…this is unfortunately the garage for you. Got stuck outside, and the scanner to let pedestrians in with our parking ticket was broken. Had to wait for a car to exit the garage to run inside. No way to alert the security team inside (they’re in the garage 24/7) and the number on the back of the ticket to call rang to voicemail. Not a great experience. Won’t be back.

Due to a misunderstanding, I parked in here for a doctor's appointment. Initially my only thought was "Whoever designed the layout of this place was out of their mind." After finding out that my parking couldn't be validated and I had to pay full price, my thoughts are now "Horribly designed AND a scam to boot." For the public interest, A large sign pointing to the Atrius Health Garage should be posted on every entrance. And you should give me my money back.

I’ll drive to Cambridge to go to Blick before I park here again. It’s a maze of hell. Very small spaces. Poorly marked, very few signs indicating which way to go. Awful experience.
