TERRIBLE! DO NOT PARK HERE! They advertise $5 all day parking on Saturdays but apparently “all day” means until 7pm. They will charge you $50 to come open the garage and they’ll do it with a bad attitude. Complete scam. Nowhere does it state a $50 fee applies after 7pm and if you don’t pay it, they’ll keep your car hostage.

Do NOT park here!! We are not from this area and didn’t realize that the garage doors literally close at 7pm and it’s basically impossible to get back in until the next day. I had emergency medication that I needed and they still didn’t care to help. They also charge you $50 for them to potentially come and help open the doors 30 minutes later (your best bet is to wait for a monthly driver that can let you in)

DO NOT PARK HERE - they dont care if you are having a medical emergency and need to access your car. They are essentially a scam after 7pm. They will give you different phone numbers and say different things to get you off the phone, but they won't actually help you.

DO NOT PARK HERE. will lock your car in the garage and close their garage in days within their opening hours with NO warning. On top of this, the customer service is absolutely AWFUL. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Spend your money elsewhere where you can actually get your car out.

You will be locked in the parking garage if you are a daily parker. Ticket reader doesn’t work to leave and the call button sends you to a full voicemail. Calling the emergency number does nothing.
