I must say, I’ve parked at a few parking garages across the country but this has been the best I’ve worked with, for a reasonable monthly fee since I moved to NYC three years ago. All the staff are so friendly and easy to communicate with (Mohammed is great!) even giving them a few hours advanced notice (I try to give them 24 hour notice). They’ve kept my hybrid car in perfect condition. You should use their service, it’s just a hop skip and jump over the Roosevelt Island Bridge.

QLIC resident here, I park here for the convenience and amazing location. I've had to file insurance for damages caused by the valets here twice in the 10 months I've lived here. The damages were over $3000 to repair. Do not park your car here unless you want your cars scratched.

Left my vehicle here for 5 days. No issues, simply process....they park and retrieve the vehicle for you. $110 USD or so. good value

Great location. Horrible service and security measurements. Parked my car here few months ago and it got stolen. After the incident happened I was really hoping that they would elevate their security precautions. Nothing has changed. You can literally walk in and pick any car you like, keys are inside every car, no one asks for identification. If you own a valuable car, you better off parking somewhere else. Really hate to write this review, but I would love to see this place being more secure.

Best place to park - near subways and great customer service. Car is always safe here.
