4100 North Fairfax Drive Garage - ParkChirp

I’ve been a monthly Parker at this location with colonial parking and there’s an issue at least once a month that prevents me from either leaving the garage or entering without any notice. At times I’ve had to pay to park elsewhere and it’s hit or miss if they reimburse. For example, I had to park at a different garage for 3 days and it’s been over 2 weeks without any update on status of reimbursement. Overnight staff are extremely rude / hang up on you / have left me stranded. Garage manager doesn’t pick up phone when you call / doesn’t call you back when leave a VM. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I share this as yet again, there’s some kind of issue with the garage entrance that prevented me from accessing my vehicle.
