Horrible experience. I was desperate and had no other parking options, and this place took full advantage. $55 turned into $75 because they claimed there was “no room.” That’s $75 for TWO HOURS — completely ridiculous. When I came back, the worker lost my car key for 15 minutes, ignored me, and helped other people instead. He wouldn’t even let me look for my own key. When the safe was opened, I found it myself. On top of that, my key was scratched, cracked, and damaged while in their care. Overpriced, disorganized, and extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

I didn't want to give this parking lot even one star. The staff was extremely rude and ill-mannered. They treated the vehicles terribly, including mine. If there was any awareness, they should fire the two employees on duty. It was the night of May 25th.

I made a reservation this morning on BestParking and paid for it in advance. I showed the attendant my res when I dropped the car off, he scanned it and he didn’t do or say anything that might suggest he wouldn’t honor it. I showed up ten minutes before it was set to expire at 5:20 and had to ask the employees to take my ticket and get my car. They told me I owed $20, even after showing my reservation, an email confirmation of it AND the charge to my card. He said “they don’t accept reservations”. I asked why they took my car and parked it then if they wouldn’t honor what the ATTENDANT LOOKED AT ON MY PHONE. He shrugged his shoulders and made me wait 20 minutes until I finally agreed to pay another $20. Do not park here unless you ride a tricycle or are a manchild. Otherwise it’ll be a

Park at the garage , from beginning to end a very unprofessional and stressful experience , attendants were working very disorganize I was left waiting 7+ mins just to check in , at check out I was charge oversize rate for a Nissan rouge which is not part of their list - when try to explain this to the attendant was ignore and left waiting for 10 mins until they check in cars and move cars around , I have no other choice but pay to get my car . No manager was available or any phone number to complain . Rude beyond words .

I was charged $40 for an hour of parking. Please don’t bring your car here. They are all scammers.
