The parking attendant acts like he owns this establishment. I was told next time to park someplace else.

This morning I was verbally abused and threaten by the lot attendant . I had already booked a spot with spot hero as I have done many times at this lot. Last visit about two weeks ago a saw a dent on my car and filled out the appropriate form with the attendant there that day who was very professional about the situation. This morning I was heading to work and pulled into lot .. and was screamed at as a (profanity laced ) lair .. that he got in trouble about the dent .. and he refused to park my car in the lot even with the prepaid voucher .. I had to pull out find another more expensive lot and was late to work .. moreover I was verbally abused , called a liar and was in fear of physical interaction.. Ridiculous and I will be calling BBB

They don't send you a confirmation, after giving them your credit card. There is way to contact them. Neither phone nor email work.

The man who works at this garage is awful. So incredibly mean and rude. The one way ramp also sucks.
