Used SpotHero to book a spot in advanced. Super easy not a bad price for 5 hour parking. Tight spots. QR reader super easy in and out of the lot. Walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants!

Definitely overcharge, can't really back up until you pull in. Nobody's there to help you. Parking took 10 minutes because there were cars parked in no parking area so you couldn't really get around properly. Highly recommend avoid this place

We parked here for 2 days when we stayed at IHG Intercontinental. $72 for 2 days (valet at hotel was $88/day). 4 min walk from hotel. V. clear instructions for parking. It is not covered. No staff on duty. We encountered NO problems. Would def park here again in future.

I parked here using a coupon discount from Wendella cruises. I took the river cruise. Open air self-park. Good location. Easy in easy out. I paid $14, for about 4 hours. Without the coupon, it would have been $47... You've got to shop around.

Expensive....no support person..stuck with no spot to park and no wayto exit...stuck look for Chicago street parking only.
