4300 Wilson Boulevard Office Parking (Atlantic Parking)

Posted signs inside the garage say they are open M-S 6am-12am. We tried accessing the garage Sunday after overnight parking and they were closed against what they have posted inside. We called the number and they let us know multiple times they were sending someone over. We received a call and someone from the parking company was requesting my credit card information for an $80 charge in order to send someone over to open it up. I refused to give my CC info over the phone so we then were told that they would not send someone over. This is the sketchiest and poorest example of customer support I have ever seen and I strongly advise anyone from parking here. Ballston Public Parking is a great option for regular sized vehicles - DO NOT PARK AT COLONIAL!

Parked around 6:30 pm to meet some friends for dinner. Came back a little before 9 and had to wait for someone who was exiting the building to get in since it was locked. Another group of people who were also locked out had already been waiting 45 minutes. Called the number on the wall and was hung up on multiple times. They said they were sending someone out and they never showed up. It is winter and people shouldn’t be waiting in the cold. Please post your hours on entrances and exits if you are going to close early.

Had prepaid through an app. When the I couldn't get out I called the number posted ND got a very rude woman who was obviously was inconvenienced by my phone call. She told me to press the intercom button which I couldn't find, when I told her I couldn't find it and asked for more information, she put me on hold and did not pick up again. With the help of another customer we found the intercom, not in the location I understood her to say. When we found and presses the intercom, no one was there to answer at 9:30pm. Had to pay extra.

Parked here at 7:05pm and went to dinner. Came back to find the building AND the garage both locked up. I called Colonial Parking for help, but they claimed the garage closes at 7pm (even though we entered AFTER 7 and there were NO SIGNS about the closing time outside of the garage). Thankfully my friend picked me up, but now I have to go back in the morning to get my car. POST SIGNS OUTSIDE!!

DO NOT USE. This place forces you to walk through the car entrance if the building is closed. The garage shouldn't be open if the entrances and exits are not open!
