4320 Broadway Garage

We have parked here many times and have always been on time and pleasant to the staff. We were 5 minutes late to pick up our car this time and they charged us an additional $25. We had been informed at booking that past 1 hour late would incur a late fee, so we asked them if they could remove the fee because of the discrepancy. They were rude, dismissive and refused. We then had to wait 25 minutes for them to retrieve our car. Extremely disappointed.

Disgusted..... as soon as I arrive I am looking for my vehicle and verifying their vehicle policy to ensure I was billed correctly. There is nobody coming out for a while, until this sleepy gentleman called Guillermo comes out. I explained how I was taken advantage of and the incorrect information was showing on my ticket stating that my 5 passanger honda passport is an oversized vehicle, when their charts state that it is NOT. In front of my own eyes I had a chart highlighting all the vehicles that were oversized and im pointing out directly at their own chart, asking the gentleman to please correct the issue before delivering the vehicle. He kept saying that it was not something he could remove and that it was a fee that once added to your bill WITHOUT YOUR CONCENT, THERE IS NO POSSIBLE

The name of this parking garage should be, “enter at your own risk”. I am completely disgusted by the experience that I had with this parking garage as management. There are constant raising of cost for monthly service with no explanation And the manager will avoid speaking with you to provide an explanation. I used this garage for over a year and ended up with them, causing a significant scratch on my vehicle, and they did not get it repaired despite them causing the damage. I also presented proof to them that they had driven my car offsite without my permission on two occasions. My GPS tracker provided this information. Shaking my head. Do not purchase monthly pass here. To start, at times it would take near 1 hour for them to get my car out due to being understaffed. Also, even after notifying them I only wanted a space for one month, they continued to charge me for an additional month until I got my credit card company involved. Total thieves, watch out.
