Perfectly located on Manhattan and easy to take a taxi from here in any direction. Parking is located down in a basement and everything is a bit tight. You are not meant to park the car your self but just wait to be serviced. You have to leave the keys in the car and windows rolled down with NO VALUABLES INSIDE. Employee toilet is there that costumers can use. Nice staff no problems.

As a result of a losscin Internet, the directions were incorrect. It sent me through the Lincoln Tunnel twice.

Do not park here! Posted rates outside don't match the actual posted rates as the attendant will point towards the price next to the cash register. If you park with a 7-seater, they consider it an oversize vehicle and if you park with a Tesla, they will force the extra $10 on you even if you don't want to charge. Please please just park the one next door on the right. It's cash only and 3% convenience fee for credit cards, but at least better than being conned like that.

Failed to honor SpotHero reservation. Obnoxious and insulting attendant. Several other parkers in same situation during our visit. Do not bother to use any parking app as they clearly advertise on the site to ensure they are full, but will accept any parker without reservations rather than hold your spot (you know, the one you paid for).

Don’t park here. We already paid in SpotHero. Forced us to pay extra. They can’t even explain what the additional charge was until they printed the receipt with the tag: OVERSIZED vehicle. Our car is a compact SUV. This was our 4th parking in 2 days in different spots in NY, they’re the only ones that made that additional charge.
