There's no incentive to use these lots, other than the threat of being towed elsewhere. If you have to park in a lot because you work at a place with no parking you'll end up paying hundreds per year. The lots are still dirty, there's no security to protect your car, and if you accidentally forget to pay for parking in the spot you normally park in and pay for you'll get numerous tickets since you're at work. Charleston has more reasonable parking than this.
Parking meters are 24/7 ?? You guys must really need the cash there. This is why WVU will always suck. Pitt has free parking on Sundays & after 6pm other days. Hail to Pitt #H2P
