Don't try to park there. It's a waste of time. I had a reservation with them using SpotHero and paid for 6 nights. When I arrived on time, the guy at this parking garage wouldn't let me in, simply saying there's no space. It's extremely frustrating when you drove 5 hours to NYC, only to find your 6-night reservation is taken as nothing. I had to call SpotHero customer service. Luckily they found another parking garage for me. Just want to share my experience. This place is not worth to do business, as they don't care your business.

absolutely horrible. I paid for a spot through SpotHero. The guy wouldn't let me park and told me that he doesn't have to honor what SpotHero says because he doesn't work for them. Obviously I have filed a complaint and will also be speaking to the manager. But given the lack of professionalism here, I would find a different Garage.

This garage completely broke our driver side mirror. They clearly forced the mirror to fold in despite the mirror not being able to. Do not park here! The photo attached shows our car when picked up

I want to say that Janel is one of the best workes at the 45 East End Ave. Her positiveness just makes your day even if its a boring Monday or a rainy afternoon lol. She has so much energy and also she is e hell of a driver
