First time driving to the city so we booked ahead of time. Had email receipt ready to prove we also paid the oversize additional fee for our SUV when the question came up. Addendant was polite and receptive. Space could use a few potted plants to spruce things up a bit. Would use again.

I will say our car was safe. However, please clarify the rate in writing before you leave your car there. They will give you a price when you arrive and when you return to pick up your vehicle, they will suddenly increase the price. This was so unfair! There was one guy there that was courteous enough to at least give us the $5 off for having Museum tickets as advertised. #newyork

The gentlemen here were polite and helpful. Twice we had to stop by our vehicle to get items from it. They were understanding both times. The prices were great for the area and we paid exactly what we expected to. If you’re looking for parking near time square, here is the place to be.

DO NOT PARK HERE. We got there to retrieve our car a couple of minute before the rate went up. The attendant was slow to take the card and insert it into their machine. They charged us the additional rate even after all of us showed on our iPhones that it was 6:59pm. There machine is calibrated to show it is later than it is. We tried to talk to a manager and called them. No answer and at this time I still haven’t heard back from them. I have talked with these people before because I live just down the block. If they are so quick to rip off a neighbor imagine what they will do to people from outside the city. There are many honest parking lots in the area where you will feel better and safer leaving your car. I suggest the one on 52nd Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. Fair pricing and f
