I thought I'd leave a review because my experience at this parking lot was very bad. First, the man who works there has a defiant and pedantic attitude; he speaks loudly and isn't at all friendly. You have to leave your car key, and the rates indicated at the entrance aren't the same as those indicated at checkout; it's always worse. If you ask permission to use the bathroom, he speaks rudely and says he'll charge you if you dirty it; how so? The bathroom isn't in good condition and isn't very clean. I recommend not asking permission to use it to avoid insults. There are people who come from far away and the trip is exhausting, and he greets you with a bad attitude. If you leave something in your car and go back to get it, he gets upset, and if you go with more people, he won't let you in.

I contemplated writing this review because it may be triggering for some, but I could not shake this experience and had to share. It has been 10 days since this incident and I am still in shock. I pulled into the garage approximately 2pm and was greeted with an extremely aggressive attendant (Maurice). I had not even put my car in park before he started yelling at me through the window telling me to roll down my window because he's talking to me. I put my vehicle in park and proceeded to roll down the window, and he was still yelling and being very aggressive. I, then said to him watch your tone, it's unnecessary. We parked the car for 2 months straight, a mini van and my private car while we are carrying out work a few feet from the parking lot. The minivan was $42/day and my Corolla was $27/day. We're talking $4,140 in 60 days. On the only day that the employee didn't ask me and I forgot to leave the key in the car, I was charged a fee of $50! This is inconsiderate.... We will walk more, but we won't put our cars there from tomorrow!

Worst Staff. The person over there he charge me oversized for SUV car. Where it’s an Chevy Blazer. Very poor Customer Service & staff is very rude. I feel 1 Star is Huge.

First time leaving a Google review and it's because one of the employees at this garage is so rude and unprofessional that they deserve it. How that person got a job where they have to interact with other human beings is a mystery. If I could give 0 stars I would. Give your business to another parking garage.
