Reserved a spot through Spothero. Upon arrival we were sent away, because the lot was full. They told us we needed to call them to get our money back. Whoever's fault this is, it's bad communication between Spothero and this parking lot and bad service that I have to work to get my money back for a service that wasn't fulfilled and yet it was charged already.
