Bad service!!! AVOID. My brand new car got seriously scratched up, looks like one of the attendants scraped a wall. These guys are driving around a tight lot at high speed!

Horrible experience. They tried to charge me for an oversize SUV even though my car wasn't listed on any of their posted "oversize" lists which they kept referring to. In addition I've never been charged for an oversized SUV at any NYC parking garage, and I use them often. They would only charge me for a regular sized SUV if I paid in cash, which is completely unethical. If they post a policy they need to adhere to it (cash or credit).

HOSTILE, unfriendly, disrespectful , unprofessional and OVERPRICED parking but every time I came, I still left a tip. It’s one of the only parking spots I know of that actually charges extra for Tesla charging, on top of an already outrageous fee for parking. When I came today my car barely got a charge- it was only charging for less than half of the time I was parked for, as reflected by the Tesla App I have that tracks charging and time it was placed on the charger. The female attendant lied to me and told me it was placed on the charger an earlier time than it was. I told her that was fine and as I was going to pay, she took another customer ahead of me, then went to get the manager, who also had a bad attitude- though not as disrespectful as her. she told me “Every time you come here,
