It is a parking lot, covered in trash, poor visibility when entering or leaving, and a high speed limit on the road where you enter/exit. The main reason for the 2nd ☆is that there's a gas station across the street.

Parking here is expensive, extremely tight, and the first few floors are all reserved parking so prepare to park at the top. The pay machines aren't in very convenient locations either. I'd only park here as a last resort.

Very nasty over grown grass trash everywhere no trash cans for trash

State does a great job of maintenance. Always plowed. Excellent location.

Seems like the homeless are living here garbage and household items everywhere just trashed
