DO NOT HIRE ENCHANTED ROOFING. We made the grave error of hiring Enchanted Roofing in mid-August 2020 to install a new TPO roof and replace Spanish tile for $11K. The owner insisted on payment balance before we could personally inspect the work and we mistakenly paid the balance because we trusted him. After initial roof installation and then a second visit by them to fix a large area of standing water, the roof work failed City of Albuquerque inspection as well as a separate independent roofing inspection company. The independent inspector stated Enchanted’s work was some of the worst roof work they’ve ever seen. Moreover, three different HVAC systems on our roof were all damaged during installation and all needed repairs. Even more galling is that Enchanted charged us an additional

Heavy rain a few weeks ago with some interior water intrusion. Called Enchanted and they did a complete inspection and small repair of my TPO roof. Their response was quick and there roof inspector was highly professional.

Autumn and Mario are EXACTLY what I needed for my roofing and solar installation. The attention to detail and professionalism is what led me to say "SOLD". I personally can't go up to my roof cause of "an arrow to the knee" when I was younger ~so no photos~. No leaks, outages or damages were reported to me by the safety inspector. Extremely happy.

They will never show up to give a quote. I called and had an appointment, but no one showed up or called to cancel. A couple of weeks later, I decided to give them another chance since life happens, and it could have been an honest mistake. The man who answered sounded asleep (during business hours). The funny thing was he made the appointment for the same day and time of the week as the last appointment, Monday at 9 am.

4Front was great about installing our solar. The city was ridiculously slow in issuing the permit but John kept us informed the entire time and installation was super smooth and right on schedule. The price was fair too. Would highly recommend!
