5 Star Air

I had 5 different companies provide estimates for a new Trane 21 SEER2 system. Of all 5 estimated, two companies provide similar estimates with the 3 other almost 10k above 5Star. Matt Armstrong representing 5Star had all the answers that I needed to go with them. Most importantly to me was the employees are not on commission. They were on time and clean. The system is working great and we would recommend 5 Star to people who want honest answers followed by quality workmanship.

My wife and I wanted to extend our appreciation to Antonio and Angel of 5 Star Air Fort Myers. They worked diligently at our home for several hours installing our new AC unit. They were very professional and are great assets to the company. They were organized and focused and did an outstanding job removing the existing confined system and the final result was tremendous. We highly recommend anyone looking for a top-notch HVAC company to call 5 Star Air and speak with Makenna Post who will provide excellent customer service.

Great service by Matt did maintence on system, was very pleased 15 minutes later thermosate had a code. He came back and replaced thermostat no charge even though he wasn't responsible. Great company glad I switched to them highly recommend

I called 5 Star Air around 11am and they had a technician out by 2pm the same day. He diagnosed the system and called and explained everything to me. He was knowledgeable and honest. Great service.
