Rodney and his team came out after an unfortunate handyman “fix”, and after a total assessment and walking us through what all we needed done (including answering our endless questions!) Rodney was able to get our issue resolved so quickly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be reaching out for work in the future and recommending them to anyone in need of a good, qualified, and honest company!

I hired them to replace a water heater and install a water softener that I had purchased. When giving the bid the owner stated the water softener install would be easy and cost almost nothing in parts and a little time to install it. The crew showed up without what was needed to install the water softener so they left to go to Menards and buy a bit of copper and some valves which I was ultimately charged $400 for, though I'm guessing it was about $75 in material. Their trip to Menards was on the clock so I was charged for that as well. They also cracked my old softener hauling it out of the basement, then partway up claimed it was too heavy, so it was left there leaking some disgusting liquid for me to haul out by myself.
