5 Star Pest Control

So grateful for a quick response to a mouse issue in our office. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I used 5 star the first time in 2020 for ants inside my home. He came over treated the perimeter of the exterior and inside my pantry and I haven’t had an ant issue INSIDE since. I called him in 2022 for a huge issue of ants in my front and back yard. He came, walked the yard and decided that he would spray. He walked the yard, sprayed the ant hills and I walked some of it with him. We chatted. He was very nice. He had told me it was a two year guarantee ( which he stated on the phone before I decided to hire him). In August I called him and said there were new ones popping up. He said not to worry it takes time. I kept a close eye and there were still new ones popping up thru the fall. I had hoped the frost would take care of the rest. But it didn’t. They came back. I've utilized their services for insect elimination and protection at a cabin and home, both heavily wooded with 100% satisfaction. They're lawn care was priced reasonably and i was 99% satisfied. I gave them 1% off perfect score because they were a tad aggressive with the trimmer, coming into contact with bottoms of trees, fence posts and the skirting around my house and garage. I spoke with Jeremiah about this and he was aware and apologized and he was educating his employees about it. Since then, no problem. I would recommend this company.

Five Star Pest Control has covered multiple aspects of pest removal for me through the years. I’ve had him spray for mosquitoes, asian beetles, spiders, and ants. Each application is done timely and perfectly. I’d highly recommend their services!!
