5 Star Plumbing and Drain Services

Adam has been my I only plumber for 5+ years. He is the best of the best and his apprentices are always excellent, kind, and courteous. 5 Star plumbing is the ONLY plumber to go to (especially if you care about LOCAL small businesses vs big corporation chains thay try to make themselves *seem* local). He has honored warranties and never tried to overcharge. He is just a really great guy overall, runs a great business, and does incredible work, truly.

Adam, Cody, Buck & Gina were very pleasant, professional & efficient. They wanted to go over & above and they did. They did our job well & cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased & would recommend them.

We are so impressed with 5 Star. They really know what they’re doing and their responsiveness and honesty is top-notch. They diagnose our issue very quickly and even had a fantastic replacement faucet available on the truck so it was repaired and done very quickly. We have used 5 Star for a number of things over the years and have always been very satisfied.

Buck was great, he worked around my situation and was extremely helpful. I will definitely call them if I need a plumber again they’re on time and dependable. Buck replaced a failing hot water tank and I also had him install two new toilets.

I went online Sunday night to book an appointment. It showed they had an opening for Monday, the following afternoon. It does have a disclaimer that it is not an appointment, and someone would call me. On Monday, morning, I get the call and they asked if I had an emergency, which I did not. So they were not going to come Monday, which I expected already, so I scheduled for Tuesday. at 3:00 p.m. I get a call at 3:20 that the technician was tied up with a water leak. I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Only to be notified 20 minutes after the appointment that they wanted to reschedule for Thursday, three days after my original scheduled appointment. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry books a car rental only to have the reservation taken away. The office staff was nice about resched
