I hired Perez Painting Services to re-paint the exterior of my house and they did an excellent job. Very please with the result. My house is a tudor style so it has accent trim in a darker color than the adjacent stucco. So there was quite a lot of cutting in work to do. The price Mr. Perez gave me for the project was very fair and they also had to do some additional work replacing some rotted pieces of the accent wood. Again, a fair charge to do this additional work. Full disclosure, I have been in construction my whole life, now retired, so I know a few things about subcontractors. I felt comfortable with Perez Painting from the start, Mr. Perez communicates everything that is going on, his people are clean, tidy, proffesional and worked hard to get the project completed in a timely mann

Mr. Perez and his team Did an awesome job painting on the inside of my house. The crews were on time, courteous And did a spectacular job cleaning up the premises after working. He did such an amazing job, Perez painting has been contracted to paint my two story house the first week in March!
