Deck Replacement – Best Decisions and Even Better Results! We were investigating deck replacements for our home on Lake James and we heard that ‘This Time Around’ was highly regarded as a custom home builder in the area and we did not know whether they might be interested in helping us with the design and contracting for decks. Our interest was in replacing three (3) of the existing decks and also the flooring of the screen in porch. We also wanted to see whether it was possible to extend the footprint of the main deck with the existing stone support columns. Andrew and Yusy were super easy to work with on this project. We had a custom farm kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. Their team worked with us closely and the solution was perfect. The old sink was chipped and the new raw stainless steel sink and absolute black granite is awesome. Thanks to This Time Around.
