Moving in New York City is a stressful experience, but 5 Stars Movers made it so easy.  They communicated with me before and after the transfer and were responsive throughout the process. All we had to do on moving day was have our boxes packed, and the moving company took care of the rest. I was amazed by their speed and professionalism, as well as the care they took to ensure our belongings were not destroyed. The fact that they disassembled and reassembled our furniture was perhaps my favorite part of the service. The staff did such an amazing job that all of my worries vanished as they got to work. If you're moving to NYC, I highly recommend 5 Stars Movers! 💯 👏

This is by far the worst moving company. They showed up 3 hours late. I was promised 4 guys they only gave me 2. Than another 2 showed up 3 hours later. They left garbage around both properties, they broke multiple items and they have insurance claims that provide you with barely enough money to get knockoffs of the items they broke. They want you to pay in cash, which you shouldn't. They also have the nerve to ask you for a tip afterwards. After this experience my kid doesn't have a crib to sleep in. They will take forever for an insurance claim. Do not use this company. The reviews have to be fake.
