I've thoroughly enjoyed working in the building. Great downtown location. The security, cleaning, and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. Their holiday buffet for the building was impressive. There is always plenty of parking in the garage. No complaints!

Their leasing right now if you want a professional office centrally located downtown near the court and City Hall, then you should come here. they've got a security guard on site 24/7 and they still have plenty of office space for you. TELL THEM I SENT YOU! It's attached to a nice PARKING GARAGE! they have a early bird special before 9:30 parking at the top of the garage where you say $5 on a day. and the rates on the weekend are just two bucks a day. they are leasing now!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had in years. I called regarding my account, which I’ve been making payments on in good faith, only to be treated with complete disrespect by an employee named Ray, who claimed to be a manager. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. When I tried to explain my situation, he cut me off, spoke to me with an attitude, and then hung up the phone mid-conversation. He told me my account had been "expired since 2023" and essentially said there was nothing he could do—no guidance, no support, just attitude. It was unethical, inconsiderate, and a blatant lack of customer care. If this is the way Regis Center treats people, especially those who are actively trying to resolve an issue and communicate in good faith,
