Positives: I have parked here many times for jury duty - including a three week trial. Prepaid parking is a best with ParkWhiz. The garage ramp entrance is right next to the UPS store on the corner. The parking garage is well-lit, very clean, I felt safe, and the building lobby is very nice. There are plenty of larger spots for bigger SUVs. I prepaid $10-$12 for all day parking for jury duty, so I felt the price was decent. Keep your QR code - you need it to enter and exit the garage. Negatives: One morning my QR code would not work and it took several attempts and 5-6 minutes with the "help" button to get a attendant to respond. They eventually buzzed me in.

Paid via SpotHero, got a good price. But BOTH times the exit gate scanner would not read the Spothero QR code, and no one answer the HELP button for about 10 minutes BOTH TIMES! And that was at 8pm, not late at night. Good thing there wasn't a fire or other emergency!

Garage and facility was very clean. Parked on P4 away from other cars and the elevators were fast. I got a good deal from being in jury duty just a few blocks away.

Great location—right in front of our hotel and much cheaper than valet, which is why we booked it. But I’m giving it one star (wish I could give zero). The gate is always closed for safety, but you’re not allowed to open it. We got stuck outside multiple times, even during normal hours like 4 PM and 8:30 PM on weekends. The call button didn’t work—no one answered for over 45 minutes. Way too unreliable.

SpotHero said here is the cheapest around seaport village. However, it’s very expensive. 4 dollars per 15minute. Don’t be cheated by SpotHero app.
