5051 N. Broadway Garage

If you are parking to attend a concert or have dinner, you should be ok. If you are planning on parking here and living at the Draper, think long and hard. This garage is not managed at all. It is filthy and in disrepair. There was literally a pile of feces in the elevator one day and it took them 3 days to remove it. Homeless people regularly live in this garage. People also walk their dogs off leash in this garage. I was attacked by two dogs in this garage by someone who doesn't even live in my building. This garage is a tragedy waiting to happen and managed by people who truly do not care.

Basic parking garage. Had a reservation from 4:30pm to 12:30am on a friday night. Pulled up, scanned the SpotHero QR code at the scanner and drove in. Tons of spots on floors 3 and 4 (floors 1 and 2 were "reserved spaces" so avoided those). Getting back in to the garage at around 11:30pm was a little annoying. The door to enter the stairs from outside was locked. There was a QR scanner by it, so I scanned my QR code, it said "enter the garage" but the door didn't open. So ended up walking through the car gate area where we originally drove in. There was an open door to the stairs just around the corner inside, so still got in no problem. Walked up stairs to 4th floor (elevator looked old so didn't want to risk using it), drove to exit gate, scanned QR code (took a minute to position in fro

Trash parking garage. Stuck in parking for 2 hours. Why would u need the code exiting if you already scanned the code to come in?! Just leave the exit gate open! Makes absolute no sense.

Was worried about this garage due to reviews, I parked here for a concert a the Riviera Theatre. Despite the reviews, I had a good experience, just your normal parking garage. Will be parking here again for future concerts. I did not buy my parking spot via an app, I pulled up without reservation

Absolute worst garage of all time. DO NOT PARK HERE!! Literally hour + to get out from the third floor after a concert. Company sucks and doesn’t respond to call box.
