WARNING: 50Floor is a company to avoid at all costs. I want to share my experience so no one else falls into this trap. I spent nearly $20,000 on what was sold as a lifetime warranty on both materials and labor, with the claim that 50Floor owns the manufacturer of the flooring. What I got instead was a rushed, botched job and a nightmare of customer service. Here’s the insider truth I learned directly from those involved: • The original contractor, part of 50Floor, brought in random guys from his own personal company to rush a job that was supposed to take 5 days — finishing it in just 3 days — so they could chase a higher-paying gig. • These workers openly complained that 50Floor “rips off” both customers and installers — and that most of the money I paid went straight to the salespers
