50Floor: Nashville Carpet, Wood and Flooring Installation

Simple process. Lots of choices and great price. Update to my review. I don’t think I would recommend this company. The installer’s left all the old flooring in my driveway. They said they would be back to get it. It’s been 3 days and it’s still here. You are unable to speak with a customer service representative because they don’t answer the phone or return a call. The installers had to communicate via translator app. Not a good look for 50 Floor. Honestly would not recommend this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will take your money and run. Since having our floor installed less than 2 years ago the flooring comes apart and they will not replace. In addition to that they did not finish the installation of our stairs and left damaged broken piece. The photos speak for themselves. Spoke to Dana and the nashville branch multiple times with empty promises to call back and make the repairs. The installation team that came out a second time even told me that the flooring was not installed correctly. Should I add they put different flooring down in the area they tried to correct and didn’t tell me until after it was done. Now no one will call me back to resolve the issue after multiple attempts. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

When I first reached out to 50 flooring, I was skeptical. However, when Tommy showed up to my brother's house, I immediately felt at ease. Tommy was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, confident most of all relatable. He was easy to talk to and he helped us choose the right color for our laminate floors. From start to finish, We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you Tommy for your guidance and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Caleb was a great salesperson. Very professional and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me into any decision like some companies would. Kind of like having your neighbor come over and you’re discussing the latest and greatest in flooring options for your house. Looking forward to getting my new floors!!

Fast install but also fast to cut corners and it is hard to get ahold of costumer service. The over all experience was ok but I guess I should checked reviews first. First let start by saying what the sales rep says, the install crew will pretty much say the opposite now I’m worried about the warranty based off reviews cause it was installed in such a hurry not to satisfaction. The crew arrived and we were happy until it came to the hallway, some areas are uneven (house is old) and im no expert but I know installing new lvp on uneven floors is a no go and when I confronted them they said oh we don’t do that?? So I called the projects manager and the immediately started leveling but stoped after the one area (now the lvp has air gaps and flex upon walking) because the install took 2 days an
