Mr. Edmund was exceptional. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He showed me the products and thoroughly explained the benefits as they pertain to 50 Floors and their excellent warranty.. Mr. Edmunds customer service is second to none. It was the best sales experience I’ve had in awhile. I did not plan to purchase today but I had a change of heart.

We recently bought a house and were in desperate need of some new carpets. We reached out to 50Floor and were greeted by Jonathan. He was very professional and gave us all our options. Not only was he informative but he made the process easy. Josnick Flooring was the crew who came to install our new carpets. They did an excellent job and even took out the old carpets and padding for us. If you need new carpets I would highly recommend this company. The work truly helped turn this new house into feeling like home.
