I will give 0 star. I parked my car yesterday and got a deep scratch. It looks like someone used key to intentionally did that. Please make sure you make a video of your car before dropping off ur car here or just avoid to park here!

Avoid this garage at all cost. It all started with a fake monthly cost they quote at first so that you use their services. I say fake because the 2nd month they added $45 in taxes to the original first price they quoted. Since it was still below the neighboring garages I agreed to it. The 3rd month they tried to raise the price again and I refused to pay more than what we agreed plus the taxes . They left the price the same because I threatened to leave. I wish I would have left instead of giving them another chance. A week ago I picked up my car and didn’t notice the scratch on the front passenger side until a week later. I went back 8 days and to their convenience their cameras do not store more than a week of footage. Of course they refuse to take responsibility. Now I am awaiting refu

I had a reservation on Spothero. There were plenty of spaces. The attendant said he wouldn’t take my car and another guy. Missed part of the Nets game because of this idiot.

After reviewing the reviews, I was apprehensive about parking my car here. However, since I had no other choice, I purchased a parking pass with my concert ticket. Upon arrival, the attendant requested my parking pass and noted my reservation time before asking me to leave the keys in the vehicle. He then parked my car. Upon my return, 5 hours later, my car was unharmed and parked nicely. The attendant also pulled my car out for me.

Place needs 0 stars! They do not honor reservations! Bite off more than they can chew! Made a reservation on ParkWhiz day in advance. When I arrived, the guy told me lot is full and begged me to cancel for a refund but there was no cancel option because my parking time had already started! He then told me he’d park my car on the sidewalk and “watch it”, yea okay all fun and games until I come back and I have a ticket on my car or it’s just gone all together. I guess reservations are meaningless at this place. Never will I book at this place again and I recommend you DO NOT BOOK HERE! Meanwhile he took two other cars who just pulled in handed keys over and left.
