Customer Reviews
No issues except when trying to leave. The scan reader was trying to say we had to pay $68 which was wrong. We had prepaid $25 for 8 hours. It wouldn't let us out so I had to call. But it was resolved quickly. We drive a full sized 4×4 truck so this was only option for parking. Would go back. Noone bothered our truck and felt like a safe neighborhood.
ABM regularly overbooks this lot. If you have a reservation, look forward to circling looking for space, parking in the dividers, or calling spothero/parkwhiz/etc. for help rebooking elsewhere after you're late for work.
No one responded to call button; terrible design; requires you to speak super long code
