55 Water Street - Lot #23

Really irritating to park here. It’s some weird combo of self park and valet. They made me park in this tiny spot on the fifth floor and refused to park my car for me. When I came back there wasn’t anyone on the fifth floor so I had go back to the first floor on their slow elevator where they tell me to go fourth floor to get my keys so I can go back to fifth floor to pick up my car which was moved from the spot I parked it in 🤪 Why have valets if they won’t park your car but they will move it? Parking here took like 15 minutes and getting my car out took another 15 minutes. I was lucky I came early and didn’t miss my meeting.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! I literally was there for 5 mins! I realized I didn’t need to park, I got my car and left. It’s supposed to be a 15 min grace period, I went to leave and they were charging me $37 for a whole hr. The attendant who seen me just come in ask the manager if he can honor it and the manager said no. To make matters worse, they don’t take Apple Pay and I left my wallet home so I had no way to pay. The manager refused to just let me leave, instead he made me send him money through Apple Pay before he let me out. He literally had me wait while he was trying to find a card machine when he could have let me go.

Please make sure to inspect your vehicle before and after parking here in the presence of the attendants. Upon entering the gate attendant inspects your vehicle. Ensure the attendant notes if your vehicle is damage free prior to entering the valet on level 4. My car was damaged by the valet. Two scratches, on each of the corners of the rear bumper. My car was in pristine condition prior to entering this lot.

went on a sunday after 5pm where they had a clearly post sign proclaiming a evening special. when i came back it was told that was not the case. I asked the employee Albert William to contact his boss which he refused. Dont go here unless you have no choice.

Parked my mid sized SUV here on a monday afternoon Stayed from 3:30-10pm Booked reservation on spothero for $43 The guy did a "safety inspection" of the trunk, i grabbed a ticket and drove my car down to level 4. Gave my keys to the valet 3 levels down and took the elevator back up to exit. When I returned to retrieved my car, they gave me the car key and i took the elevator down to drive my car up I paid and then left drove out I tipped $5 but probably shouldn't have given the self service. To pay with spothero, you have to hand them your phone with the reservation.
