Access Denied message appears when attempting to use Prepaid ParkWhiz reservation. Parking Attendant was not helpful stating there was nothing they could do and to dispute the charge since I couldn't enter. DO NOT USE THIS LOT ON PARKWHIZ
Don’t park here if you use SpotHero or another parking app! I park here a lot. The kiosk has been broken for months for SpotHero users because it would say access denied upon the first scan but let me in upon the second scan. Today, it wouldn’t let me in at all and when I called the attendant, they were not helpful either.
Very well protected. I feel safe parking in this lot.
