It was a pleasure working with 5C Energy to have my insulation project completed. Our crew lead, Henry, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional while working at our house and paid a lot of attention to detail. Henry also gave us recommendations on how our home could be even more energy efficient. We were initially worried about our HVAC system ductwork in the attic that spiderwebs everywhere, but Henry’s crew did a great job and took special care to make sure nothing was damaged. I’ve had them do 2 project for me now and they’ve been great both times. Punctual and thorough. One of the projects was through RISE so I qualified for huge saving ms through the state program. Would recommend using them. Henry and his crew were excellent to work with. They were even great with my two very energetic dogs

I had a great experience with this insulation team from start to finish. Henry, in particular, was incredibly informative and patiently answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. Jayden, Jonathan, and Kenny were also fantastic, and together the whole crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. They left my home in immaculate condition—not a single speck of dust. I was a bit nervous going into the process because of my dog, but the team was very understanding and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. The insulation and other work done at my home was facilitated through RISE so they procured this contractor. That being said, I am very, very pleased with the resulting work and the crew who performed it. The team was professional and thorough. They were on time, very courteous and worked well together. I was comfortable with the different aspects of the job they were doing because the crew chief explained it all in detail. If any questions arose along the way they consulted with me. The work was a bit messy but you wouldn’t know that once it was done. They finished it all in two days and you would not know they had been there! Thank you for your fine work.
