New Dimension Cleaning & Protection

Everything about my experience with New Dimension cleaning was perfect! The staff is so kind, wonderful and helpful. We have 5 kids, so as you can imagine our rug gets a lot of traffic. They made our rug look brand new! I would highly, highly recommend using their company!

My experience with New Dimension was amazing. I had an emergency where my dog soiled my area rug. A very expensive area rug. I called the office and Lindsey was able to send out a technician within a few hours. Walter came to my home and explained how he would have to clean the rug due to the fabric. He explained every detail to me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He also explained a product New Dimension offers called Fiber Protection that will help with stains and to preserve the life of the rug. I would recommend New Dimension to all my friends and family.

New Dimension cleaned an area rug that was badly stained for me. The rug is wool and sisal which is challenging to clean. The rug looks brand new and they protected it from future stains. I wish I’d had them protect the rug at the beginning! But next time I purchase a new rug or upholstery piece I will definitely call them first thing. Thank you!

We had a client of our who need to have an odor treatment for cat pee in the finished basement. Our client tried to remove the odor themselves by renting a carpet cleaning machine. It didn't work. They called a local carpet cleaning company and that didn't work. Then they ask me if I new anyone that could remove the cat pee odor. I said I know the company that can do it, New Dimension Cleaning. They once help me remove skunk odor from a crawl space. I've had my carpets cleaned in the past, and have never been too impressed. But this company was great. My carpets look amazing and rejuvenated. I'll definitely use them again in the future!
