5M replaced 2 Fujitsu 3-head ductless mini split systems with Mitsubishi systems around March of 2024. I asked the techs to reinstall the copper drain pipes to the new units. One of the photos below shows the copper pipe on the exterior wall. The second photo shows that on one unit instead of running the new hose from the inside wall unit through to the exterior wall as it had been originally installed, the tech cut the used 13 year old hose and improperly connected it to the new hose so that the connection was inside the wall. This unit wasn't draining to the outside. When I removed the baseboard under the inside wall unit water poured out onto the floor from inside my wall.
