Had Jeff and his guys diagnose the source of a water leak in the yard. Turns out it was a worst case scenario with the water main. However, rather than having to bust up concrete in the house (the location of the original main) and destroy the floor in the garage, daughter's room, and bathroom, they ran a new line in the yard and solved the issue. Jeff was very communicative throughout the process and did an excellent job getting it done in a timely manner. Price was reasonable considering the extensive work that had to be done. Definitely worth the investment.

I spent over $1,800 dollars for a water heater,on the day of my appointment they show up late 2 hours,and after they installed it they put a hole in my wall, they said they would come back to fix it that day but never did,I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this fixed call after call nothing but lies from Jeff!!!! So I hade to buy everything and do it myself so if you use them don’t pay until everything in your house is like it was before they came.

Do not use. Previously a loyal customer for many many years. Today, replaced a $10 fitting on back of refrigerator less than 10 min at outrageous overcharged $285.60. Shocked at cost, I called Jeff who respond "cost of doing business".

I’ve hired these guys on several occasions and each time they talked straight and did just what they said they’d do, on time every time. Not always the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Thanks Dennis and Jeff!
