5th + Broadway Garage

Definitely has it's ups and downs here. There is a pretty straightforward process with payment (especially if you already have the Metropolis App) plus there is an escalator that takes you directly to the shop on the main street. There are security guards teeming through out the parking levels and clearly marked spaces with lights and availability count. Definitely a little tight for an inexperienced driver but not an issue for myself but well lit and basically the guide signs are direct. Price is high though and the place is huge.

Expensive!! Stay Away $30 for 3 hours. Yeah, no thanks. Not doing that again. And the payment setup is dumb and requires as much information as a background check just to get setup to pay. Think they are selling your personal info??? Hmmm.... Wouldn't come back to park here again unless I got a loan first. The only good thing I have to say is that it's built inside solid bedrock, which is really cool to look at. I gave you a picture so you didn't totally waste your time with this awful place.

Trash parking. DO NOT PARK HERE. They will find a reason to ticket and boot your car, after paying $45 to park. No signs nor markings in our spot saying it was for compact cars only. And this employee was beyond rude and demeaning. Maybe the attendant should do a better job and explain there are “rules” to a parking garage?! An additional $150 later…

It was the perfect parking garage to go to the Nine Inch Nails concert. It is accoss from the Bridgestone Arena with is such an easy walk, especially for someone who is disabled. It is a little pricey but extremely worth it! It didn't take long to make it out of the garage as we we were leaving, even with all the other post-concert goers.
