5T's has saved the day for me on multiple occasions as I work with a local property management company. Their knowledge and responsiveness is top notch, and I can not recommend them highly enough. They are a fantastic local business and I am greatly appreciative of them!

I had deleted my previous (negative) review because a representative from 5T contacted me and told me they HAD tried to contact me and the person I had been working with was 75 years old and would never misrepresent the fact(s)... Fine... but I've been stewing about this since I got off the phone with the man. He said they had tried to contact me twice since I called to, hopefully, schedule replacing the pump in my washing machine. I wish they had left me a message that they called, instead of hoping I could determine that fact with some extra sensory talent... the thing that really bugs me (still) is that I paid $85.00 for someone to tell me the pump was bad... and then I had to contact a different company to repair my washer if I wanted it done before visiting a laundromat for the 3rd

5T's did an excellent job installing a new AC unit in our home. Faster service, better priced, and more professional than most companies I've worked with. Highly recommend.

Very professional and great people. Les is amazing as an appliance expert. In my opinion, he is the best in the Baldwin County area. They are expensive but I would highly recommend them for their workmanship.

Not very responsive to messages, calls or communications. I had an ice maker repaired which should have been a warranty repair but they listed the incorrect model and serial number on the receipt so the manufacturer declined the 500.00 repair. I have been trying to get a corrected receipt to resubmit the claim but 5 T's won't provide me with the necessary paperwork.
