This garage double sells their prepaid spots. On two different occasions, I went to access a spot a paid for a week in advance and was told the garage was full and only monthly and prepaid customers could enter. I explained I was a prepaid customer, only to be told they oversold the spots. I was one of three cars (prepaid) that had to back out and find a new place to park. Made me late for a meeting. Don’t waste time or money here.

I had booked this parking location a couple of weeks prior to my arrival on New Year’s Eve. I paid online thru the SpotHero app for about $18.5 from 9am-5pm. Since I was taking a rental car, I had to wait updating the car details until I picked up the car and I was able to do it easily. When I arrived at the entrance, I scanned the barcode generated, onto the scanner. Everything was smooth, definitely recommend this location!

Signs were clear and easy to read. Quick to get in and quick to get out with no issues/ no wait time. We found parking relatively easily for such a busy day that we went. This is the best lot we have been to in a long time in terms of how communicative the garage was, it was clear someone was trying to think from a parkers perspective, overall we would come back, and we would recommend it to others.

The security is non-existent and the office is only “open” on weekdays although it’s usually empty. They do not answer the phone or care for the customer. My car mirror was stolen while parked and it took them 4 weeks to return my call and let me know they don’t care. There’s two cameras in the entire garage by the entrance, but seems like they don’t use them. There’s homeless people that sleep in the lobby and stairwells. My girlfriend is afraid to go into the garage by herself since it’s not secure

I paid my parking fee in the lobby, I drove through to the exit. I had 4 vehicles ahead and waiting in the line for the exit. Vehicles were waiting to come out but the traffic was bad. When finally I stop behind the bar and tried to scan my paid ticket, declined because I passed the 15' . I called support and the advisor told to pay another 30$. This parking cost me 45$ for nothing. How can I be on time at the scanner when I have too much traffic ahead??? This management is sucks.
