Booked in advance and once we arrived they said they overbooked and we couldn't park there.

Booked a reservation days ahead, fully paid. On day of reservation, the parking attendant informed me that they are at full capacity and can’t allow anymore cars. Waste of time, don’t bother pre booking anything with this garage

2023-- things like this still happen!!!!This parking garage is a rip-off and a fraud. They overcharged me $188 for parking for 24hr even though we paid $173 dollars for 3 days worth of parking. When I tried to complain, they pretended to not speak English nor Spanish. The old Hispanic attendant who clearly said he spoke Spanish was rude and pretended not to understand. We are locals but it seems like they do this scam to tourist who end up paying out of frustration. We spoke to a supervisor who was even more unprofessional and it seemed to be like a friend of the old Hispanic attendant instead of the actual supervisor. In nyc everyone is trying to make money and these people are scamming who ever they can. Please be aware and don't give them business!!!

Came back a few hours early to get my car and the attendant made a real nasty comment to me because he had to move one car to get mine. Even though I'm the one paying extra and leaving early benefitting them. Avoid at all costs.

They literally make up prices for monthly parking. Ask irrelevant questions like, "How much did you pay for the car?", "How often will you take it out?". It's highway robbery. They'll disregard their advertised prices and make you negotiate with the manager who sits 5 ft away behind a closed door and makes you play telephone with the lot attendant.
