Shitty service and staff who think they’re tough and intimidating to cuss and go off on a female customer who asked to see a written policy of additional cost they’re charging. We pulled in to park. Then, when we got the car to leave, husband had damaged the ticket in his pocket which made it not scannable with the bar code. The car was still identifiable and staff said they had to print a new card, which costs $10 and we could only pay it cash. First of all, there was never notice issued on the card itself nor anywhere in the garage that you have to pay if the card is damaged, or, that it has to be paid CASH ONLY. This is illegal. I guess everyone has a different experience. Let’s remember that sometimes we are treated the way we present ourselves and the attitude we project to others. This is a convenient affordable parking lot in the middle of the city. Get in before 9:30 is $26 bucks for 8hrs can’t beat that. They were helpful and that’s all we as customers ask for

Never park here! The attendants damaged my car and I filled all the paperwork correctly and the attendants agreed the damage was done at the garage, but the claims department claimed it was not the garage’s fault. In addition, they would not share any of the video surveillance as backup bc it’s considered internal video. In the end, they say to go through my own insurance. “This is a decision made by the City Parking claims department not the parking garage. You are free to contact your insurance company and provide them with our below info and they can attempt to subrogate the cost.” This is the worst garage!

Absolutely ridiculous! I booked parking at this location as usual. I paid oversize for my truck and every time I came here it was smooth and quick. However, today the valet name Dominique not only told me that my car is not allowed due to length. When I asked him to present me the policy he refused, then he claimed that I had to call before booking the garage. When I told him that I have parked here before, he flat out called me a liar and claimed that he works there everyday and had never seen my car before. I asked him to look in the system and he just keeps on calling me a liar and asking me to cancel my booking. At the end, another gentleman who works there helped me out. First time in New York and first time using Spot Hero. Attendant couldn't bother explaining to me that they would scan my app when I would retrieve the car. Took my keys and gave me a ticket so I thought I would be charged extra. Came back the next day, different attendant, very nice and helpful. No problem with the car. Would use again.
